Things to know about shipping and service costs
After you have placed the desired items in the shopping cart, a forecast of the costs to be paid, including shipping costs, VAT and, if applicable, a discount will be calculated in the mini shopping cart based on the preset delivery country, the cheapest payment method and a preset shipping method.
The final calculation of all costs (shipping costs, cash on delivery, processing and customs fees) is automatically calculated before completing the order in the ordering process based on the actual product quantity, weight, delivery address, delivery country, product type, customer type and shipping method and payment method. Before you send the order, you will receive a detailed list of the items and the actual costs. You can return to the shopping cart at any time to make changes or cancel the order.

From a goods value of € 2,000, - we ship free of charge within Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic and Slovakia!
This does not apply if, after a revocation of part of our services, the value of the goods is subsequently less than € 2,000. In this case, we will subsequently charge shipping costs in the amount that would have been incurred for the items that you keep.
The shipping costs stated here include the respective VAT.
Which articles do we send with which shipping method?
We send smaller and lighter items such as fittings, bathroom accessories, small and spare parts by parcel service. You can also have suitable shipments delivered to a GLS or DPD Packstation.
You can have all items delivered by a forwarding agency that we also send as a package. Larger and heavier articles are only sent by a forwarding agency (RABEN).
We are working on it and it will soon be possible.
Reliable shipping partner
The timely and safe delivery of your goods is our priority.
Corsan sends parcels via the well-known service providers DPD and GLS. For larger deliveries, we work together with the shipping company RABEN. Of course, you can also make an appointment here. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive all further information from us by email.
Delivery time and availability
The delivery times listed in this overview and in the context of the respective product overview refer to deliveries within Germany. The specified delivery times are approximate delivery times.
The delivery time from receipt of the customer's payment for goods in stock is three to six working days for goods that can be sent as a package or three to five working days for goods that have to be shipped as pallets. Working days are the days from Monday to Friday with the exception of public holidays in North Rhine-Westphalia. If the goods are not in stock, the approximate delivery times specified for the individual goods in the online shop apply. We have no influence on the duration until receipt of payment, which for bank transfers in the EEA may be one (transfer in euros) to four (transfer in foreign currency) bank working days.
